Three sports graded.
One for teams.
Any movement compared.

The engine tracks 33 landmarks whatever the sport. A coach-graded sport adds phase segmentation, a rubric with published weights, target bands from the literature and a coach prompt that knows the sport. Everything else is compared against a reference, joint by joint.

Coach-graded

Rowing

Erg · on-water · crew
Phases
Catch · drive · finish · recovery
Runs on
Web and iPhone · live erg pieces with a Concept2 PM5
What it measures
  • Forward body angle, shin angle, arms extended and knee compression at the catch
  • Layback, legs down (knee extension) and trunk swing at the finish
  • Drive sequence legs → back → arms, and recovery sequence arms → body → knees, with the hand-off between segments scored
  • Stroke rate and rate spread, drive-to-recovery ratio, handle path
  • Consistency, Durability and Efficiency as separate pillars; best and median stroke
  • A whole crew from one on-water clip: every seat graded, plus per-pair synchronisation

Targets: Style targets for recreational, competitive sprint, masters long-distance and technique work. Bands from rowing biomechanics — Kleshnev/BioRow, Concept2, Egan-Shuttler et al.

Running

Side view · rear view · 19 metrics
Phases
Initial contact · midstance · toe-off · swing
Runs on
Web and iPhone · side-on for timing, rear-on for the frontal plane
What it measures
  • Cadence, step length, ground contact time, flight time, duty factor, vertical oscillation
  • Landing position, shank angle at touchdown, knee flexion at contact and midstance, foot strike
  • Trunk forward lean, hip extension at toe-off, heel recovery, thigh lift
  • From the rear: contralateral pelvic drop, hip adduction, foot progression angle, heel whip
  • An Injury Load Index built from the injury-associated kinematics in the literature
  • Targets fitted to your sex, age, height and pace — not one band for everyone

Targets: Reference equations from Malisoux et al. 2023 (n = 860); injury kinematics from Bramah et al. 2018; economy terms from Folland et al. 2017.

Golf swing

Driver, iron, wedge
Phases
Address · takeaway · top · downswing · impact · follow-through
Runs on
Web and iPhone · side-on or face-on, detected automatically
What it measures
  • Shoulder turn and lead-arm angle at the top; X-factor at the top and at impact
  • Tempo ratio (back:down), backswing length, lag angle halfway down
  • Hip slide and lateral head movement from address to impact; spine-angle change
  • Swing plane, attack angle and an estimated drive speed from the club track
  • An archetype read — Modern Power, Classic Tour or Compact — from the eight signature metrics

Targets: Literature-seeded archetype centroids; reference ranges per club.

Volleyball

Game analysis · coach-confirmed

Film a match from the stands. The court is found by homography, players are tracked, and contacts are detected to build team statistics. It is built for a coach to confirm and correct, not to run unattended — and it lives in the club workspace.

Any movement

Image vs image · video vs video · realtime

Upload two clips, or a clip and a reference, and eight joint angles are aligned frame by frame with phase-aware DTW. There is no sport-specific rubric — the deltas are the verdict — and Elite plans can save their own reference clips.

  • Squat, deadlift and Olympic lifts against a coach's demo
  • Tennis serve, pitching and throwing against a reference clip
  • Yoga and pilates positions, image against image
  • Rehab range-of-motion checks against a saved baseline

Rehab and assessment

Not a medical device and not a diagnosis — measured angles and timings a clinician can put next to their own judgement, and repeat next week.

Range of motion over time

Film the same movement each week and compare against the first session. Eight joint angles, aligned frame by frame, with the delta on every frame — evidence for a clinician's judgement, not a diagnosis.

  • Knee, hip, shoulder and elbow angles
  • Left–right comparison
  • Frame-aligned deltas
  • PDF report

Gait, from a phone

The running module's side and rear views work at a walking pace too: contact time, pelvic drop, hip adduction and trunk lean from a single clip.

  • Contact and swing time
  • Contralateral pelvic drop
  • Trunk lean
  • Foot progression

Functional movement screens

Sit-to-stand, overhead reach or a single-leg squat, compared image-to-image or video-to-video against a reference or the athlete's own earlier attempt.

  • Any movement
  • Reference or baseline
  • Realtime skeleton
  • History and trends
Your own reference
Bring your own film.

Elite plans upload a custom reference clip — a coach's demo, your best rep, a pro's swing — and every later session is compared against it.
