Rehabilitation
Measured angles a clinician can put next to their own judgement — and repeat next week without a lab.
Evidence, between appointments
Recovery is judged by eye and by how a joint feels. Mocta-X Dashboard adds a number: eight joint angles from a phone clip, compared frame by frame against a saved baseline, with the delta shown on the frame it came from. It is a coaching and assessment tool, not a medical device, and it does not diagnose.
- Knee, hip, shoulder and elbow angles on every frame, left and right
- Video-to-video comparison against the athlete's own earlier session or a reference
- Gait timing and frontal-plane metrics — contact time, pelvic drop, hip adduction — from the running module
- History and progress trends, session over session
- Deep-report PDFs to hand to a clinician or a coach
- Capture-quality gates that flag a clip too poor to measure, instead of guessing

What you can measure from a clip
Three patterns clinicians and athletes use the comparison tools for today.
Range of motion over time
Film the same movement weekly and compare against the first session. The joint angles line up frame by frame, so a gain of a few degrees is visible as a number, not an impression.
Gait, from a phone
The running module's side and rear views also work at walking pace. Timing metrics are withheld when the frame rate cannot support them, and the panel says why.
Functional movement screens
Compare image to image or video to video against a reference or the athlete's own baseline; the realtime mode shows a live skeleton for cueing in the room.
What you actually get
Who this is for
Physiotherapists and coaches
Add a measured angle to the clinical picture and a PDF to the notes. The product says where single-camera estimation is weak, so you know how much weight to put on a number.
Athletes recovering at home
Film the exercise your PT gave you, compare against last week, and bring the trend to the next appointment instead of a description.
Return-to-sport decisions
Left–right comparison on the same movement, the rowing or running grade once training resumes, and a history that shows whether technique held as load came back.
